ABSTRACT: The Third Principle of Classical Dynamics is a true proposition only for the case of two forces acting upon the same material point. As such it is a falsifiable proposition, therefore a scientific concept. It gives us the possibility to clearly understand the action at distance in terms of force, without identifying them. Here is a possible story, describing naturally many known facts.
