V. Instead of Conclusions
The observational basis of Cosmology today is indeed scarce, in spite of apparent technological quality and quantity. Passing absolute judgments may make a negative impression on Cosmology as a Science (Disney, 2000), for the inherent popularity of radical statements does not mean truth. However, the Cosmology will last as long as our belief that the local World is necessary will last, and this belief will vanish only when the Man will vanish. The only scientific freedom we have here is to find reasons for Cosmology in the physical structures of the local World. The above considerations give indeed a reason.
